Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the site or ordering research materials.

All products sold by AZURA EVOLUTION LLC are strictly intended for laboratory research, in vitro testing, and scientific study only.

Products are not drugs, foods, supplements, or cosmetics. They are not intended for human consumption, clinical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, injection, administration, or any veterinary application under any circumstances.

No product offered has been evaluated or approved by the FDA (or any other regulatory authority). Nothing on this website or in any communication from us constitutes medical advice.

Any use outside of legitimate research purposes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During checkout, you are required to expressly acknowledge and agree to our Research Use Only policies. Providing false information, misrepresenting your intended use, or attempting to use research materials for personal, human, or animal application will result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. AZURA EVOLUTION LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including on orders already placed. In such cases, you will be offered the choice to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders paid via Zelle must include the assigned Order Number in the payment memo. Zelle payments are subject to manual verification and require administrator approval before fulfillment.

Discounts, promotional codes, and payment incentives (including Zelle discounts) may not be combined or stacked on a single order.

An order confirmation email indicates that payment was received, not that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

Before opening or using any product, you must read and follow all label information, including storage guidance, warnings, and handling instructions. Products must not be combined, mixed, or otherwise adulterated.

Free shipping applies to orders exceeding the designated subtotal threshold of $200. Available shipping methods include Standard Shipping, Local Drop-Off, and FedEx 2-Day Priority, as selected at checkout.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier. AZURA EVOLUTION LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers after shipment leaves our facility.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the purchase, possession, transport, and receipt of any products comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. AZURA EVOLUTION LLC assumes no liability for shipments that are delayed, seized, or confiscated by regulatory, customs, or law enforcement authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZURA EVOLUTION LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use, misuse, handling, storage, or application of any products, including but not limited to failure to follow laboratory safety protocols.

You assume full responsibility and liability for the proper handling, storage, and use of all products purchased.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AZURA EVOLUTION LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (b) any misuse, mishandling, or unlawful use of the products; or (c) any claim brought by a third party related to products purchased through your account.

All content on this website — including text, images, product photography, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of AZURA EVOLUTION LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

Every order requires a completed Research Use Acknowledgment before payment is processed. By submitting the acknowledgment, you certify that all information provided is true and accurate and that you understand and agree to the Research Use Only restrictions.

A permanent record of your certification, including the exact statements presented to you and your responses, is retained with the order together with the date and time of submission and related technical identifiers. This record is maintained solely for compliance purposes and may be disclosed to regulators or law enforcement when legally required.

All email communications sent by or on behalf of AZURA EVOLUTION LLC (d/b/a Azura Peptides) are intended solely for the designated recipient and are provided for informational, transactional, and order-related purposes only.
