Processing and dispatch
Checkout delivery estimates include our processing time and daily pickup cutoff. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, or on weekends, begin processing the next business day. Your planned ship date is shown with the shipping estimate.
Carrier and shipping cost
Orders ship from Miami, Florida, to addresses in the United States. At checkout you choose Standard Shipping or FedEx 2-Day Priority, and you see the shipping charge before you pay.
Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the carrier service and the destination. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout, and carrier tracking shows the latest estimate once your order ships. FedEx estimates are not guaranteed.
Packaging
Lyophilized vials ship in insulated outer packaging with tamper-evident seals. Cold packs are included where transit conditions require them.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued by email once the parcel departs our facility.
Damaged or delayed shipments
Report any transit damage within 72 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer and inner packaging, and we will arrange a resolution.
Destinations
We ship to addresses in the United States only, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to other countries, and checkout does not accept a non-US address. We ship only where the supply of research chemicals is permitted; the buyer is responsible for confirming that receipt is lawful at the destination address.
