Processing and dispatch
Orders confirmed before the daily cutoff are prepared for dispatch the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Packaging
Lyophilized vials ship in insulated, discreet outer packaging with tamper-evident seals. Cold packs are included where transit conditions require them.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued by email once the parcel departs our facility.
Damaged or delayed shipments
Report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer and inner packaging, and we will arrange a resolution.
Destinations
We ship only where the supply of research chemicals is permitted. The buyer is responsible for confirming that receipt is lawful at the destination address.
