Privacy Policy

Our website and products are intended for adults and for lawful research purposes only. The Terms & Conditions requires customers to acknowledge the research-only nature of products during checkout.

Depending on how you interact with the website, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Name, email address, telephone number, and other contact information.
• Billing and shipping information and order details.
• Information provided during checkout, including required research-purpose acknowledgments or declarations.
• Payment-related transaction information necessary to verify and process an order. Full payment credentials may be handled directly by the applicable payment provider.
• Customer service communications, questions, and other information you choose to submit.
• Technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and general website activity, where collected through website technologies.

Information may be used for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Processing, verifying, fulfilling, and communicating about orders.
• Confirming required age and research-use acknowledgments.
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries.
• Detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized activity.
• Maintaining, protecting, and improving the website and customer experience.
• Sending transactional communications and, where permitted, marketing communications you have requested or consented to receive.
• Complying with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and lawful governmental requests.

Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by our card payment processor. Card details you enter on our checkout page are tokenized by the processor's software; we do not store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. The processor receives your name, billing and shipping address, email address, order amount and items, and it calculates the sales tax on card orders. For Zelle and Cash App orders we receive the transaction information needed to match your payment to your order (such as the sender name, the amount and the order number you include in the payment note). Review the privacy practices of the payment provider you use.

We share information with service providers that help us run the website and fulfil orders, each for its own function only:

• Payment processing (see section 3).
• Shipping carriers and shipping software, which receive your name, delivery address, phone number and email address to deliver and track your parcel.
• Sales tax calculation for Zelle and Cash App orders, which receives your delivery address.
• Email delivery, which receives your email address and the content of the order, account and (if subscribed) marketing emails we send you.
• Hosting, content delivery, database and sign-in infrastructure, which store the website's data and process your requests, including your IP address.
• Advertising measurement and affiliate tracking, described in section 5.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or respond to legal process. If the business is sold, merged, reorganized, or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law. We do not sell personal information for money.

The website uses cookies, browser storage, logs and similar technologies to remember preferences (such as your cart and privacy choice), maintain website functionality, understand website usage, improve performance, and support security. You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect website functionality.

The website currently uses these third-party technologies:

• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, to measure and improve our advertising. The pixel runs in your browser and may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view, the products you view, add to your cart and check out with, purchases you complete, and Meta cookies. When an order is paid, our server reports the purchase to Meta with the order number, value and items, and with your email, phone, first and last name, city, state, ZIP code, country and (for account orders) your account identifier in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match it, together with the Meta cookies, IP address and browser information recorded when you placed the order. Under some state privacy laws this may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Tapfiliate, to credit our affiliates with the sales they refer. Its script runs on our pages and may receive your IP address, browser information and the pages and referring links you visit. It stores an affiliate visitor identifier in a cookie, which we also keep in your browser's storage and record with your order. When a referred order is paid, we send Tapfiliate the affiliate's referral code or visitor identifier, the order number and the order amount.

We also keep our own website analytics: pages and products viewed, cart and checkout activity with values, a per-visit session identifier, device type and the website that referred you. They stay with us and are not sold or shared.

Cookie and browser-storage inventory. This is what the website currently sets in your browser. "Optional" items are turned off by the choice described in section 8; the others are needed for the website to work and cannot be switched off individually.

We do not show a cookie banner: the website sets no optional cookie before you choose, other than the advertising and affiliate technologies above, which you can turn off at any time on the Your Privacy Choices page and which are never loaded when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests. Retention periods may vary depending on the type and purpose of the information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which can include rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of certain information, or to opt out of certain communications. Requests may be subject to verification and legal exceptions. To make a request, email Support@azurapeptides.com from the address on your account or order, and tell us what you are asking for. We will confirm your identity against your account or order records before acting, and reply by email.

Things you can do yourself. Signed-in customers can view and correct their profile and saved addresses under Account, and can delete their account under Account › Profile. Deleting the account removes your profile, saved addresses, restock alerts and newsletter subscription, and replaces your name, email, phone and address on past orders with placeholders; the order records themselves, amounts and research-use acknowledgments are kept as transaction and compliance records. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link that works without signing in; order, shipping and account emails are not marketing and continue while you have an account or an open order.

Marketing email and text messages. We send marketing email only to addresses that opted in (for example through the email list form or the welcome offer), and we never treat creating an account, placing an order or contacting support as consent to marketing. If you opt in to text messages we store the mobile number you give us with that choice; we are not sending text messages yet, and when we start you can stop at any time by replying STOP.

Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. You can opt out of the sharing described in section 5 at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page, which is linked in the footer of every page. When you opt out, the Meta Pixel is not loaded in your browser, orders you place are not reported to Meta, and a purchase Meta has not yet received is not sent when you next view your order. Tapfiliate's tracking script and visitor identifier are not used; if you arrived through an affiliate link that carries a referral code, that code, the order number and the order amount are still sent so the affiliate can be paid.

Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser, and a saved preference does not override it. Your choice on the Your Privacy Choices page applies to the browser where you make it, so set it in each browser you use. Opting out does not affect your orders, payments, shipping, or emails you have asked to receive.

Our website and purchasing process are intended for individuals who are at least 21 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Minors are not permitted to access the site or order research materials.

The website may contain links, integrations, or services operated by third parties. AZURA EVOLUTION LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Review the privacy policy of each third party before providing information to it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. Updates will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after an updated policy is posted constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
